GENERAL CONDITIONS
Check-in: the room is available anytime from 3 p.m. Is required to show a identification document and a credit card.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the room not later than 12 a.m.
We will do our best to arrange an early check in or a late check-out, all the services of the hotel will be at your disposal in the early hours of your arrival date and in the late afternoon the day of your departure.
The prices indicated at the time of booking include VAT at the rate applied at the time.
Possible tourist tax not included.

Best Available Rate.
The rate includes a 5% discount on the rate of room and breakfast.
Payment terms
Payment at the hotel / credit card guarantee.The Hotel reserve the right to verify the validity of your card prior to your arrival, requesting pre-authorisation.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We charge one night stay in case of early departure.

• Personal checks are not accepted
• In case of a bill totalling equal to or more than Euro 3.600,00 an identity card or passport will be requested of the person paying the bill.
